Mission Statement

	To make DPS - Modern Indian School, Managed by Delhi Public School Society, New Delhi a learning community of motivated student and staff, engaged in realizing their full human potential.
	To create responsible global citizens utilizing international curricula fully compliant. with the principles of student - centered learning.
	To impart world class education to each child which shall foster academic excellence, physical fitness, psychological well being, social consciousness and universal values.
	To impart student - centered education which identifies all of each individual strengths and weaknesses and use the former to eradicate the latter.
	Apart from excellence in academics, give training in Music/ Theatre/ Dance which free the spirit, develop character and leadership and inculcate a sense of aesthetics.
	Emphasis on sports for enjoyment, relaxation, exercise and for fostering respects for rules that govern them.
	To foster creative thinking, analytical mind, discerning attitude, unbiased judgment, and broad perspective.
	Above all equip our students with qualities of intellect, mind and spirit which will make them appreciate what they have received from home, school, community and country, so that they contribute to each, thus making the collective difference to the world they live in.

Vision Statement

With a view to impart a sound basis of education along modern lines, the School, aims to achieve the following:
